1. Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of the Paychek application. For any request regarding your data, contact us at contact@paychek.pro or use in-app support (Settings).

2. Data we process

We may process: account and authentication data; content you enter (trading journal, analyses, preferences); limited technical data (device, OS, error logs) required for operation and security.

3. Purposes

Providing the service, sync and backup, subscription or feature access management, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service-related communications.

4. Legal basis

Contract performance, legitimate interest (security, proportionate product improvement), consent where required, and legal obligations where applicable.

5. Retention

Data is kept as long as needed for these purposes, then deleted or archived in line with legal requirements.

6. Processors

Technical providers (hosting, authentication, databases, etc.) may access data as processors, with appropriate safeguards (including outside the EU: standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures).

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (e.g. GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no system is perfect—protect your credentials and sign out on shared devices.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 (or the applicable legal age). We do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated; the date at the top will be revised accordingly.
